I've got the beet!

I pressure canned them at 11 pounds pressure for my area for 35 minutes... They're not pickled...Ewww, Pickled beets! LOL! I just like mine plain! I love using the chopper thing... It makes nice little squares and I don't have to cut them by hand... Yeah! Off to do potatoes.

Wow - you don't mess around! Lol - I've discovered that I love beets roasted more than any other way, so I eat them during the growing season. My mom still cans some, but I'm picky now.
