Tha gaol agam ort

Nope not Gibberish.... Scot-Gaelic for "I love you"

Yes, I love all of you that come to my blog and leave me comments or even just come to see what I've written! I love showing off my accomplishments. A couple years ago all I could do was a double crochet and knitting really was a lost art for me... LOL! I love being able to share my new found wisdom when it comes to homesteading.... ( I know I'll get back to it soon... Promise) And I love being able to share new things that  I've found. So with that being said... I want to share with you my newest love!

James Alexander Malcolm MacKenzie Fraser, he is the hero in Diana Gabaldon's "Outlander" Series! The funny part is the actor that plays Mr. Gold on the show Once upon a time, was said to make a wonderful Murtagh, who is another character in the book... I am so intrigued by Mr. Gold that's actually why I started reading the book.... And since fallen head over heels in love with the main character! Ach, Jamie, Tha gaol agam ort! LOL!

You know, when I first saw the title, I thought "is she trying to speak Gaelic or something???" LOL!

I'm still stuck on single & double crochets. Trying to get other things under my belt because I REALLY want to make things OTHER than scarfs & blankets.

I made baby sweaters over the summer... I was so impressed with myself that I made 4 of them and don't have any babies... LOL!

What I've been doing is finding patterns on-line and then finding the you tube video that shows that stitch and going from there.... It has helped me a ton.
